As one of my worst nightmares came true. The Filipino network giant ABS-CBN has sent me a letter. Demanding that I should stop "making copies" of their programs and make it available at my website.

As I have explained before. I "do not make" any of the copies of the videos available here at pinoyonline.tv. PinoyOnline.TV does not host any of the videos here available at the site. Videos here at this website are just embed videos from other video hosts like youtube, myspace, zshare, megavideo, yahoo videos, etc. etc.

I wish to clarify this with ABS-CBN on Tuesday, because of the Holiday on Monday (Bonifacio Day - November 30) I have to wait a little bit longer to have a conversation with them and clear things out.

I hope that our coming talks will be good for both sides. I'd still like to continue on "showing" shows from ABS-CBN. But if the talks didn't go well and they still think that its a violation of Republic Act No. 8293. I would be forced to delete all the old videos from the said network and stop "showing" them at pinoyonline.tv

I know that this is bad news for some of the Kapamilya Fanatics. Let's just hope for the best. And I'll try to fix the problem immediately.
